  • Treatment: Amputation of the index, middle, and ring fingers
  • Outcome: The fingers were amputated, but the patient can hold a pen thanks to the surgery that minimized inconvenience in the daily life.

  • Diagnosis: Venous Malformation
  • Treatment: 15 times of monthly sodium tetradecyl sulfate sclerotherapy
 

Case 3. A vascular nidus, pulsation, and heating sensation in the finger

  • Diagnosis: Arteriovenous malformation
  • Treatment: Alcohol and coil embolosclerotherapy followed by surgery
 

Case 4. Soft lumps in the arm

  • Diagnosis: Mixed vascular malformation
  • Treatment: 3 times of picibanil sclerotherapy
