The ultimate goal of the Department of Plastic Surgery is to correct and restore abnormal body form and function. Our two specialty areas include reconstructive and cosmetic surgery. The former deals primarily with congenital malformation (e.g. cleft lip and palate, ear malformation, hand and foot malformation, and cranial and facial malformation), burns, and facial limb injuries while the latter focuses on improving the appearance of normal body features through double eyelid surgery, rhinoplasty and breast enlargement.
