Patients and family members can make changes or cancel by submitting necessary forms at the Patient Affairs Department window.

Highly trained professionals with more than 10 years of experience as the corresponding department’s specialist (or in the case of the Department of Oral Health Science, dentists with more than 15 years of experience after obtaining the license). Assistant professors and senior positions at university hospitals also qualify.

This is a self-paid treatment plan, and the additional cost is calculated in accordance with the guidelines of the Ministry of Health and Welfare.
