If your physician decides that you require hospitalization, go to the Admission and Discharge Services window on the 1st floor of the Main Building and complete the procedure.
Submit your patient card, insurance card, identification card and the completed admission form required by our Admission Service
If no room is available in your department ward, you are put on the waiting list.

When your attending physician decides to discharge you, the nursing office of your ward provides you the final billing statements.
Pick up your bills at the Discharge Service window on the 1st floor of the Main Building or on the 4th floor of the Annex Building, and pay your bills at Chohung Bank.
Receive your bills at the Discharge Service window on the 1st floor of the Main Building or on the 4th floor of the Annex Building, and pay them at Chohung Bank.
