Payment/Insurance

Payment for an outpatient service can be made at the International Health Services as well as at different cash decks located at the main building, annex building and the cancer center.
If your insurance carrier is not contracted with Samsung Medical Center for direct settlement of payment, patients are required to pay upfront and claim for reimbursement directly from their insurance company.

We accept cash and most International credit cards.

Payment for an emergency room visit is made separately at the payment/reception desk in the emergency room.

Payment for a hospital stay is made on the day of discharge and the inpatient payment office is located on the first floor of the main building, the fourth floor of the annex building and at each ward of the cancer center.

For member of the Foreign Service Benefit Plan, please present your FSBP insurance card to the International Health Services coordinator in advance of your scheduled admission so that a verification of benefits letter may be requested from FSBP prior to your admission. www.afspa.org
