만성 신질환에서 보체계 억제를 통한 치료 효과 연구
만성 신질환 진행 기전 중의 하나가 보체계 활성화에 의한 세뇨관-간질 손상이므로 보체계 부경로를 억제하는 물질을 만성 신질환 질병 모델에 투여하여 만성 신질환의 진행을 막을 수 있는지 여부를 확인하고자 함.
