비뇨생식기 질환 중개 연구센터
본 비뇨생식기 질환 연구센터는 비뇨기계 질환의 병태생리 및 평활근의 긴장도 조절에 관련된 생체신호전달기전에 대한 이해의 폭을 넓히며, 이를 바탕으로 새로운 치료제 개발을 위한 중개연구를 선도해 나가고 있습니다. 본 연구센터에서는 국내 유일의 비뇨생식기계통 질환의 중개연구센터로 선정되어 천연물 신약기반의 선행 질환별 맞춤형 발기부전 치료제를 발굴하여, 임상적용 및 실용화를 위한 임상 protocol을 개발 중입니다. 또한 선도물질 이온통로 활성제를 이용하여 비뇨기계 복합 치료제 개발을 위한 질환극복 중개 중점 연구를 수행하고 있습니다.
