Samsung Medical Center ranked No. 1 among general hospitals in Korean Customer Satisfaction Index (KCSI)
Samsung Medical Center was ranked No. 1 by obtaining 76.1 points in “2018 Korean Customer Satisfaction Index (KCSI)” among general hospitals. Detailed results showed: ▲78.4 points in general satisfaction (No. 1) ▲72.5 points in constituent satisfaction (No. 1) ▲81.4 points in re-use intention (No. 2).
KCSI is survey performed by the Korean Management Association Consulting (KMAC), and for this year, it was performed by visiting houses of men and women who were aged from 18 to 65 and treated in the hospital within one year.
Meanwhile, Samsung Medical Center was ranked No. 1 among general hospitals for 17 times including this year while performing this survey 23 times since beginning the survey in 1996.

The Korea Management Association Consulting
