Ranked No. 1 in KCSI: Korean Customer Satisfaction Index for two consecutive years
Samsung Medical Center was ranked No. 1 in “2019 KCSI: Korean Customer Satisfaction Index” among general hospitals by obtaining 79.1 points.
Samsung Medical Center was ranked No. 1 for 18 times in the last 24 years since 1996 and for two consecutive years since the last year.

By strengthening the hospital’s direction called “treatment of severely ill and highly difficult patients,” Samsung Medical Center was ranked No. 1 in the last year and this year by keeping superior competitiveness through having the most number of “laparoscopic surgeries between donors,” performing the Korea’s first 2nd and 3rd generation artificial heart transplant surgeries and minimally invasive transplant surgeries, achieving the longest maintenance period of the Korea’s oldest surgical patient, etc.
