- 2023 DIAM Stage 7 (Digital Imaging Adoption Model)

- 2024 AMAM Stage 7 (Analytics Maturity Assessment Model)

- 2025 CCMM Stage 6 (Continuity of Care Maturity Model)

The Continuity of Care Maturity Model (CCMM) evaluates the ability of systems to securely and seamlessly exchange medical information across hospitals and with patients to support uninterrupted delivery of care. The certification review evaluated the information-sharing, referral, transfer, and tracking management systems connecting Samsung Medical Center with regional partner medical institutions.

Additionally, the comprehensive patient reporting system, PRISM, which manages the patient’s entire journey before, during, and after treatment, was highly regarded. The technology that directly links continuous blood glucose monitors and smartwatch heart rate and sleep data to the EMR allows medical staff to monitor patients’ conditions in real time and was also well-received. Poongryeol Lee, head of the Digital Innovation Promotion Team, said, “This recognition reflects the international acknowledgment of our patient-centered digital healthcare system.” He added, ‘We will continue to strengthen cooperation with national and regional medical institutions to enhance the patient experience and ensure continuity of care.”
