Are health screening results available in other languages?

We provide your official screening report in Korean and English only. Reports in other languages are not available.

However, if you request a specific language at the time of registration, your physician's summary (interpretation report) will be translated into your selected language and sent by email within 7-10 business days after the Korean/English reports are issued.

Can someone else receive my results on my behalf?

No. Your screening results are part of your personal medical record and will only be shared with you or a designated individual authorized by you in advance.

For privacy and data protection, we do not allow proxy consultations or result collection unless proper consent has been documented.

How can I receive my results report?

If you have an in-person consultation, you can take your report with you on the day of your visit. If you choose mail or email delivery, we will send your report and the doctor's summary by DHL or email.

Can I see a specialist immediately if needed?

Same-day specialist appointments may not always be possible, but if your screening shows signs of cancer or other serious concerns, we will help arrange a follow-up appointment as soon as possible.

How is the results consultation provided?

Consultations are available on weekdays, usually 7-14 days after your screening. Availability may vary depending on the doctor's schedule and the types of tests performed.

In-person consultation: Visit the hospital, discuss your results with a specialist, and receive a printed report the same day.

Mail or email: If you cannot visit in person, we can send your report and the doctor's summary by DHL or email.
