Tips & Information for you

Here are essential tips and information to help you make the most of your health screening.
Stay informed every step of the way.

Is interpreter support available during the screening?

Yes. Interpreter services are available for your screening and result consultation at no additional cost, if requested at least one week in advance.

For English-speaking patients, most staff members—including those in test areas—can provide English assistance during the screening.

However, if your doctor does not speak English, we will arrange for an interpreter during the results consultation.

* Language available for interpreter services include: Russian, Mongolian, Chinese, Arabic, Japanese, Vietnamese, French, and Spanish.

Is parking free on the day of my screening?

Parking is free for one vehicle for up to 24 hours on the day of your screening (one visit only). Please show your hospital card or payment receipt when exiting the parking lot.

Do you provide invitation letters for visa applications?

We do not issue invitation letters. However, we can provide an appointment confirmation letter after you book your screening.

Can I use National Health Insurance Service (NHIS) check-ups?

Our center is not designated for NHIS check-ups, so we do not provide this service.

Can I get a medical exam for a visa application to go abroad?

We do not provide medical examinations for visa issuance.

Where is the screening center located?

Please refer to the hospital map and location guide. We recommend using the transparent elevator near the main entrance for easy access.

How can I pay for my health screening?

Our center does not handle insurance claims.

Please pay for your screening on the day of your appointment by cash (KRW) or credit card (including international cards). Be sure to bring the physical card with you.
