"Turning the Love We've Received Into Hope for Others"
Samsung Medical Center announced on September 3 that RIIZE (of SM Entertainment) has donated 100 million won to help cover surgery and treatment costs for children and adolescents from underprivileged families. The donation was made under the name of RIIZE's official fan club, BRIIZE, ahead of the group's third debut anniversary on September 4, as a way of expressing their gratitude to fans.
RIIZE said, "We believe that we are growing into better artists thanks to fans who support our dreams," adding, "We want to be artists who give back the love we have received and provide even a little bit of help to places that need hope."
RIIZE has consistently supported the dreams and hopes of children and adolescents, contributing to causes in culture and the arts, healthcare, and social welfare through a variety of initiatives, and has also taken part in emergency disaster relief efforts both in Korea and abroad.
