Eunhyuk of Super Junior marked his birthday by sharing a heartfelt act of giving.
Eunhyuk, CEO of ODE Entertainment and a recording artist under the label, donated KRW 100 million to Samsung Medical Center.
His donation will be used to support research and the development of new treatments for severe, intractable lung diseases.
Eunhyuk said, “I decided to make this donation in hopes of offering even a small measure of support to patients suffering from severe lung diseases. I hope that new treatments and medicines can be developed as soon as possible so that many patients may regain their health and return to a more comfortable daily life.”
Meanwhile, Eunhyuk has continued his philanthropic efforts through a range of charitable initiatives, including donations last year to support firefighters and relief workers responding to wildfires in the Yeongnam region, contributions aimed at preventing child abuse, and a donation campaign held with fans in celebration of the 20th anniversary of his debut.
