Otorhinolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery
Center of Excellence for ENT and Head & Neck
The Department of Otorhinolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery provides specialized care for complex and advanced conditions affecting the ear, nose, throat, and head and neck tumors. We focus on high-acuity diseases such as laryngeal, pharyngeal, oral cavity, and salivary gland cancers, as well as skull base tumors.
Our team performs advanced procedures including endoscopic skull base surgery and cochlear implantation for patients with severe hearing loss. With a multidisciplinary approach and state-of-the-art technology, we strive to deliver precise diagnosis, effective treatment, and comprehensive rehabilitation across all areas of otorhinolaryngology.
Diseases of the Ear and Nose
We provide surgical treatment for acute, chronic, and exudative otitis media using both microscopic and advanced endoscopic techniques. Our department also offers comprehensive care for hearing loss, including diagnostic testing, auditory rehabilitation, and a dedicated hearing aid clinic. Minimally invasive transcanal endoscopic ear surgery and all types of implantable hearing device surgeries are our key practices.
For patients with severe or profound unilateral and bilateral hearing loss, we perform cochlear implantation. In collaboration with the Department of Neurosurgery, we perform surgeries for skull base tumors such as acoustic neuromas and anterior skull base tumors.
We diagnose and treat a wide spectrum of nasal conditions, including allergic rhinitis, deviated nasal septum, and both acute and chronic sinusitis. Endoscopic techniques are used to treat benign nasal tumors and to perform skull base surgeries-such as for hypothalamic tumors-in collaboration with neurosurgeo
