Train with the Experts in Endoscopic Innovation
ESD (Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection) is one of the most advanced techniques in the field of gastrointestinal endoscopy, and about one third of all gastric cancers in Korea are treated by ESD. Since learning ESD skills is challenging, well organized program including hands-on training is necessary. Gastroenterology Team of Samsung Medical Center establishes one week training course (Samsung ESD training program) in 2019 for domestic and international colleagues. It consists of (1) introductory lectures, (2) ESD observation, (3) ESD conference and ESD planning session, (4) Hands-on training using EndoGEL (artificial layer) or live pig. We believe this course gives you a quantum leap in your clinical field by sharing our experiences.
