The Vascular Center at Samsung Medical Center is a multidisciplinary institute dedicated to the comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of vascular diseases. It was established through the close collaboration of specialists from vascular surgery, cardiovascular and aortic surgery, cardiology, and interventional medicine, all working together to provide optimal and personalized care for patients with complex vascular conditions.

We provide integrated care across the entire spectrum of vascular disease, addressing both congenital anomalies and acquired conditions. This includes aortic pathologies, peripheral arterial and venous disorders, and complex vascular malformations. Whether the disease is present at birth or develops later in life, our team delivers individualized, evidence-based treatment using the latest surgical and interventional techniques.

In addition, our center serves as a referral hub for patients with genetic aortopathies. We provide comprehensive evaluation, including genetic testing, family screening, advanced imaging, and lifelong surveillance, along with timely surgical intervention to prevent life-threatening complications like aortic dissection or rupture.
