Diabetes-Endocrine Center
Collaborative Care That Makes a Difference
The medical staff at Diabetes-Endocrine Center takes a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach to the diagnosis and management of diabetes. Our team includes endocrinologists, nurses, dietitians, sports medicine specialists, pharmacists and social workers, all working together to provide customized education programs designed to empower patients to effectively manage their condition.
Expert Care That Fits Your Life
The Diabetes-Endocrine Center offers an integrated, one-stop system for testing and treatment of diabetes and its complications, ensuring truly patient-centered care. We conduct blood and urine tests to evaluate glucose levels, lipid profiles, and renal function, and we utilize continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) systems to track and manage blood glucose in real time.
Diabetic complications-including retinopathy, nephropathy, cardiovascular, and cerebrovascular diseases-are serious conditions that increase mortality risk. To detect these complications early, we perform regular screenings such as fundoscopy, sensory and motor nerve conduction tests, autonomic nerve function tests, carotid artery ultrasonography, and ankle-brachial index (ABI) examinations.
Our multidisciplinary team includes specialists such as ophthalmologists and a nephrologists, and we work in close collaboration with other experts to provide comprehensive care for patients with diabetes.
Advancing Diabetes Care with Innovative Glucose Technologies
We operate a dedicated Type 1 Diabetes Clinic that provides outpatient-based care, including personalized insulin injection education and blood glucose pattern analysis using CGM systems.
To optimize glycemic control, we incorporate the latest diabetes technologies such as CGM devices, smart insulin pens, insulin pumps, and hybrid artificial pump. These advanced tools allow us to deliver tailored, effective diabetes management for our patients.
