  • Corticosteroids (e.g., prednisone, prednisolone): First-line treatment
  • Immunosuppressants (e.g., calcineurin inhibitors, cyclophosphamide, rituximab): For steroid-dependent or resistant cases
  • ACE inhibitors or ARBs: To reduce proteinuria
  • Education: Teach families to monitor for relapse and use home urine dipsticks
